Castilla B is a one-floor apartment of about 60 square metres with a capacity of up to 6 people. It consists of a living-dining room with a double sofa bed, an independent kitchen, a bathroom and two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with bunk beds.

Siviglia Home Apartments - Castilla

The Siviglia Home Castilla building has 3 apartments:

• Castilla B - up to 6 persons
• Castilla Duplex C - up to 8 persons
• Castilla Duplex D - up to 6 persons

The building is located in the famous Triana quarter, next to the Guadalquivir River and the Isabel II Bridge (also called "Triana Bridge"). It´s also near the well known Betis street, famous for its nightlife, and at only 10 minutes walking from the Alcazar Palace, the Cathedral of Seville and Giralda and the historical center of the city. 

Close to the apartment there are a lot of tapa bars and there is a public parking.

RESERVATION AND CANCELATION POLICY

GENERAL CONDITIONS:

• Electric and water comsumptions included in prices.
• Sheets and towels included.
• Optional cleaning service: 9 Euros/hour.
• Baby cot for free.
• Children under 2 years for free.
• Children under 12 years, 25% discount.

CONDITIONS AND CANCELLATION POLICY (except Holy Week and Fair of April):

• It is required the prepayment of the 30% of the total price of the reservation to confirm it. This deposit will be charged on the client´s credit card.
• The rest will be paid in the delivery of the keys in cash.
• Cancellations with more than 30 days in advance: the 70% of the deposit will be refunded.
• Cancellations between 30 and 15 days in advance: the 50% of the deposit will be refunded.
• Cancellations with less than 15 days in advance: there is no refund,but if you want  it`s possible to keep the reservation for another date.

CONDITIONS AND CANCELLATION POLICY HOLY WEEK AND FAIR OF APRIL:

• To confirm your reservation a payment in advanced of 50% is charged on your credit card.
• Cancellations with more than 30 days in advance: the 70% of the deposit will be refunded.
• Cancellations with less than 30 days in advance: there is no refund, but if you want it´s possible to keep the reservation for another date.
