Habana 4 Apartment is part of the complex that constituted the old mints factory of the Castillian crown, dating from the 18th century. Originally the complex was a part of the Alcazar Palace, located within its walls. The complex was fully refurbished around the year 2000, maintaining the original facade, but drastically renovating inside.

Habana 4 is a duplex of 177 m2 looking out on the former "patio del Tesorero".
The entrance is on the first floor, with a small hall at the entrance, a big fully equiped kitchen, a first bedroom with its own bathroom and the large living room of double height with en-suite dining room and the stairs to the second level of the duplex.
